Our Yearly Sports Physicals have arrived! 

The HonorHealth Sports Medicine team is partnering with SUSD to offer physical exams for SUSD student athletes at a reduced cost. The exam is performed by certified athletic trainers, physical therapists and licensed physicians. It will involve a comprehensive orthopedic and general medical evaluation. Our team provides care for athletes at all SUSD high schools throughout the school year through athletic trainers and sports medicine physicians. 

 7 a.m. – noon on Saturday, May 18 HonorHealth Sports Physical Therapy 8630 E. Via De Ventura Blvd., Suite 101, Scottsdale, AZ 85258
