What is Summer Passing League?

Summer Passing League is an offensive/defensive football game of 7 on 7.  The two offensive guards / tackles and defensive down linemen are not a part of a summer passing league game.  There are sometimes just 2 teams playing each other in a given night but often there will be 3 or 4 teams that may rotate and all play each other in the same evening.  It is basically a very physical game of touch football.  There are no pads or helmets and you get 3 downs to go 10 or 15 yards in order to get a new series of downs.
