JASON BLACK

Head Coach, Defensive Coordinator, Defensive Backs, Running Backs

Coach Black is an Arizona native and a graduate of Coronado High School where he played on the offensive and defensive lines. He currently works for the city of Scottsdale and takes classes at Mesa Community College. Coach Black brings an enormous amount of youth coaching experience with him to Arcadia. He enjoys spending time with Lindsay, his wife of five years. This is Coach Black's fourth season at Arcadia.

FLOYD JOHNSON

Defensive Coordinator

Coach Johnson's home town is Claremont, California. After high school, he attended San Jose State University where he played football for four years. Coach Johnson got his start in coaching by working with youth players by coaching at the Scottsdale Boys and Girls Club. This will be coach Johnson's second year coaching Junior Varsity at Arcadia and he is a welcome addition to the J.V. staff. Coach Johnson is supported by his lovely girlfriend, Kara.

OTIS DENNING

Offensive & Defensive Line Coach

Coach Denning was a three sport athlete in high school. He also played eight years of semi-pro football in the North American Football League, playing on two championship teams. Coach Denning has coached youth sports for more than twenty-five years, including twelve years at Chaparral High School. He has been a part of many successful teams and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Arcadia football program. Coach Denning has also served time in the U.S. Marines.
